Our Services

The children and families we serve benefit from our continuum of care, which includes specialized foster care programs, family preservation services, and periodic supports. The youth we serve may have emotional and behavioral challenges, complex medical conditions, or mental health challenges.  We provide the range of personalized services they need to reach their permanency goals and thrive in the community.

MENTOR Maryland also provides outpatient mental health programs for both adults and children that are designed to help the individuals understand the mental health challenges they face, while also teaching them the skills they need to succeed.

Working closely with each child, their family, caregivers, and our community partners, we develop an individual service plan designed to meet the child’s unique needs and goals.    The plan is flexible, evolving as the child’s needs change.  Our specially trained clinicians and human services professionals help the people we serve develop a hopeful outlook and direction for their lives while building coping skills and strong relationships that can support them as they move forward in life.  The services we provide include:
